The traditional week of sporta and physical activities has been set on the Institute’s calendar, in addition to attention given to health concerns such as good nutrition and rest for those still studying, pauses in activities and sporting games on the campus. The program has been looked after by Ute Kulzinger (from Germany), a downhill ski teacher and expert in motor skills and sporting activities.
It is also possible to register in the international Seminar promoted by Loppiano for Saturday and Sunday May 11 and 12, entitled: “Let us take up a challenge”, a program developed by Sportsmeet (see the website) – a global network run by sportspeople and workers in this sector – centered on the pedagogy of sports games, with workshops, experiences and reflections (for more information and to register: ).
To close the week, Monday May 13, at 8:45 pm, in the Great Hall of the IUS, Alois Hechenberger from Austria, professor in games pedagogy, will propose to Sophia’s students and to all interested, a synthesis of the results of the Seminar.
